Welcome to the Royal Free Charity Rec Club Leisure Centre

The Rec Club is a stimulating and affordable gym providing a mixture of classes, pool, studio and sports hall hire.
Increasing the amount of physical activity we undertake helps to relieve stress and anxiety as well as improving our overall health. The RFC Recreation Club enables everyone to benefit from access to a pool, classes and the gym at an affordable rate.

Personal Trainers

Creating one-on-one fitness programmes, motivating and guiding you to achieve your goals.

Hire

You can hire our Sports Hall and Studios for classes and other activities.

Gym / Fitness

Our bright, spacious gym is well equipped with a wide range of gym equipment that includes strength training equipment, cardiovascular conditioning machines, functional training spaces, and much more.

Pool / Swimming

If you’re looking for a quiet swimming pool for regular swimming at your own pace, we have the perfect pool for you to feel comfortable and confident swimming.

NHS Discounts

Whether you’re a nurse or doctor, support worker or admin assistant, all NHS employees are eligible for discounts at the Royal Free Charity Rec Club Leisure Centre.
