Frequently asked questions about the Rec Club
Is there parking?
As we are located next to a hospital there is no onsite parking available. Hampstead heath over ground station is less than a 5-minute walk away and buses.
Are there changing rooms and lockers?
Yes, we have separate sex changing rooms and all have showers and changing areas. There are lockers in these areas.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We have been following government guidance on masks and will continue to do so. The government have confirmed that in England you are not required to wear a mask. We fully support all members and staff in making their own personal choice as to whether they wish to eaer a mask or not in the club.
Is there free WIFI?
Yes free Wi-Fi is available.
Do I need to have an induction?
Inductions aren’t mandatory but any of our management team will be happy to show you how things work.
Do you have ladies-only areas/classes?
We do not currently offer any ladies-only gym sessions.
When can I use the equipment?
Gym equipment is available to use at opening times.
When can I use the pool?
Swimming pool opening hours can be found here.
When can I book studios?
Booking slots are visible through our membership portal once logged in.
When can I book the Sports Hall?
Booking slots are visible through our membership portal once logged in.
What can I book them for?
Our multi-use studios and sports hall can be booked for classes, courses and events.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes we offer Personal Trainers. Details can be found here.
